Built in 2003, Little Beach House, is a south-facing detached dwelling with access to the beach from the garden.

The ground floor consists of an open plan hall and lounge with television and video recorder, double bedroom, toilet/shower room and a fully equipped kitchen/diner with patio doors leading to a paved area with garden table and chairs.

A pine staircase leads up to a loft gallery with balcony that overlooks the beach and is an ideal viewpoint to watch the sunrise, boats, kites, and at certain times visiting seals. The gallery has seating for four and space for two camp beds if required. It is tastefully furnished to a high standard throughout, with electric radiators and under-floor heating.

Tea towels, hand towels, and bed linen are supplied. Electricity is included free of charge. There is a paved patio area front and back with a garden table and chairs.

There is spacious, easy access parking.
